Sale an delivery
In the following you will find useful information related to use of online booking. You can read about how we treat your information, how to receive a receipt for a purchase and more.

Age:
There must be at least 1 person over the age of 18 in each unit. Groups (+3 people) of young people under the age of 21 must contact and obtain approval from the campsite before booking.

Payment and card information
When booking at Tornby Strand Camping, you agree that the provided credit card is stored securely via our payment partner ePay. An amount will be automatically deducted upon successful online booking. The amount covers the reservation and/or the entire stay, depending on the selected product.

By entering your card information and completing the booking, you agree that Tornby Strand Camping has the right to:
- raise the amount for the entire booking.
- refund any remaining amount or receivable if the reservation is changed, shortened, or cancelled according to applicable cancellation rules.

Changes and receivables
If your booking is changed (e.g., change of number of nights, people, or type of space), the amount will be adjusted automatically. Any receivables will be refunded to the same payment card. If the total price increases, the difference will be charged to the same card - if you have consented to this when booking.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation can be made in accordance with our cancellation conditions. In case of timely cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded, minus any fees. In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Security and data protection
Your card details are not stored by us but are handled and stored securely via our certified payment provider. All transactions are encrypted and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Acceptance of payment terms
By completing an online booking, you give your express consent that we may charge the agreed amount, and that in the event of changes, we may withdraw or refund relevant amounts in relation to your booking.

All prices in online booking system is like everywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner, including 25% VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. Prices indicated in Euro are indicative.
In the event of extraordinary increases in taxes or energy prices, we allow ourselves the right to change the price of the stay.

Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit card for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners.(We kindly remind you that when paying with a foreign business credit card a surcharge is added.) The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed.

Information about the shopping online on the Internet:
Shop safely online through our online booking system. You, the consumer basically ensured in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your credit card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer to relate to payments on the internet at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.
Change of the booking:

To change the Booking please contact campsite on mail. There can be a fee if you change the booking.

Shipping and Delivery:
When you book and pay a cabin, a room, a place for your own tent, caravan or motorhome, be presented with a booking confirmation / contract from Tornby Strand Camping, which accounts you for buying appears . The contract can be printed out from the homepage after booking and will also be sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct e-mail address stated by the purchaser.

Delivery of the product ordered takes place upon arrival at Tornby Strand Camping on the day of arrival (and ends on the departure day). Both of these dates are written in the above contract. The ordered product can not be delegated or exchanged for cash.We reserve the right to move your ordered unit to another unit of the same type if the stay is booked less than 5 days.

Cancellation and refund:
You have the possibility to cancel your booking the following conditions:

Places for Caravan, Campervan, Tents, Rooms:

• Cancellation until 30 days before arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded, However, deducted an administrative fee of Dkk. 300.- per pitch.
• Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before planned arrival 50 % of the full rental, will be refunded, however deducted the administration fee of Dkk. 300,- per pitch.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before planned arrival, the paid amount will not be paid back.

Rentel of Cabins, Renttents:

• Cancellation until 30 days before arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded, However, deducted an administrative fee of Dkk. 700,- per unit.
• Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before planned arrival 50 % of the full rental, will be refunded, however deducted the administration fee of Dkk. 700,- per unit.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before planned arrival, the paid amount will not be paid back.

If you started on a holiday at us, is the period booked binding, and can not be taken over by other people.

Registration of data:
Tornby Strand Camping register your name, address, e-mail and other information given in connection with the acquisition of its customer list. Information is not divulged, but Tornby Strand Camping registration is kept for 5 years.

Tornby Strand Camping use server side cookies and a secure connection to create secure the information you provide on the page.

Payment with credit card happens via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

If prices are not correct in the online booking, is always the prices stated on the website which is valid

Handling of complaints:
If you for some reason does not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, then you can contact us on mail or telephone.

Complaints about the booking procedure, the actual booking or product (accommodation) must be made within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have discovered the mistake by looking through your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the item (accommodation) terminate the right to claim under the Købelovens §83 paragraph. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When Tornby Strand Camping receives a complaint about a product, process the complaint as soon as possible. Tornby Strand Camping will decide whether the goods received must be refunded, exchanged or whether to compensate.
